Team creation

The Russian Dota 2 esports team Imperial Pro Gaming was created in the summer of 2016. But the team was assembled only in August 2018. Then the team included such players as «kodos», «Lirik», «Airu», «2bleW» and «ForGas».

Early years

Immediately after the line-up was formed, the team began to take part in various Tier - 3 tournaments, as well as in qualifications for international tournaments. But the team did not manage to take higher than third place. Such results did not suit the team's management, and it was decided to change the composition. Some of the players were changed at the end of 2018, the rest during 2019. By the end of 2019, the CEO, coach, and manager left the Imperial Pro Gaming organization. The new members of the team are «tatakae», «lightless», «Mastery», «jAM3S» and «Kidaro». It is also worth noting that during 2019 the team was represented by «young G» and «kicked». The lineup changes were beneficial to the team. Imperial Pro Gaming managed to take first place in six tournaments. But it is worth noting that most often, at serious tournaments, the team either took the last places or even could not pass qualifications. In 2019, in total, the team was able to earn just a little less than $ 3,000.

2020

The team was inactive until September 2020, as it disbanded its roster in December 2019. But already in the fall, team signet such little-known players as «Rari», «Askold», «SuperNova», «Le don», and «antoha». The best result for Imperial Pro Gaming in 2020 was first place at the META'20 Open (Autumn) tournament.
