In June, the team decided to play in the Summit 5 tournament in preparation for the World Cup, in which they won first place. In August 2016, the team won a massive victory at The International 2016. What became the hallmark for Zhang. After a short rest, in October and November, the team wins two more tournaments, Nanyang Dota 2 Championships - Cruise Cup # 1 and Northern Arena BEAT Invitational. After such a series of victories, the team's game began to decline. And in April 2017, Zhang left the team. In the same month, Zhang played at The Kyiv Major 2017 for Team Random. But unfortunately, they took only 9-16th place.
After that, the player appeared in the EHOME team in June 2017 at The International 2017: China Qualifier, but the players were unable to qualify. Until the end of 2017, the team did not show good results, except for winning the WESG 2017 China Finals tournament. 2018 was also unsuccessful for the team. The team won small local tournaments and could not qualify for international tournaments.

From July to December, Zhang took part in eight tournaments, four of which he won, and two more, he took second place. It is worth noting the first place at the DPL-CDA Professional League Season 2 and China Dota2 Pro Cup Season 1, which brought the team in total over $ 120,000.
