Roger «Roddgeee» Tang is an eSport player born in Malaysia on January 9, 1994. He is currently an Australian citizen. He began his career in 2013 with the Nara sTacks team.
After one not very successful tournament in September 2013, GEST Season August 1, the player realized that he was not particularly ready for the competitive DotA. After which he took a break for training. In June 2014, Roger returned to the professional scene as part of the MVP HOT6ix team. The player finished the fifth year in the Korea Dota League Season 4 tournament in December. The year 2014 was not very busy for the player, but in 2015 Roger became even less noticeable on the professional stage. He took part in only two tournaments for different teams. In 2016, he again joined the MVP HOT6ix, but soon accepted an offer from Orange.Traning and successfully transferred to another team. With this team, the player tried his hand at qualifications for The International but unfortunately did not pass them. Then there were a couple of tournaments in which the player takes third or fourth places. And in September, Roger left the team. He replaced a couple of teams until, in December, he accepted an invitation from Geek Fam. Throughout 2017, he played with a team that did not show particularly good results. Over the whole year, the team won only twice, in such tournaments as ProDotA Cup Southeast Asia # 6, ProDotA Cup Southeast Asia # 8. The team held high places only in local tournaments. In June, the team tried to qualify for The International but took only 6-10th place, which did not allow to get to the tournament. In July, the squad was disbanded. In January 2018, the player joined the For The Dream team. The team did not show good results. The team took first place at The International 2018: China Open Qualifier # 2, but in closed qualifications, only fourth place, which did not allow Roger and the team to get to The International 2018.
At the end of the year, in November, the player transferred to the Serenity team. In December, Roger ranked second in the local The China Hope Series # 2 tournament as part of the new team. 2019 was not very successful for the player. Even though the Roger team took an active part in various tournaments, they managed to win only once at the World Electronic Sports Games 2019 China - Southern Circuit tournament. This year, the player's team still couldn't get to The International. But the team showed a pretty good game in such tournaments as Asian Masters League S1 where it took fourth place, DOTA Summit 10 - second place, WSOE 6: Dota 2 - Serenity's Destiny - second place. In 2020, the team still took second or third place in local tournaments. In March, the team, after ninth place in the Elite Challenge Season 3 tournament, takes a break from the competition.
