Hero Bane guide in Dota 2 - Full Review

Hero story of Bane

History of Bane Dota 2 - the essence of fear. When the Gods see nightmares in their dreams, everyone knows that it is Bane's work, the nightmare elemental. Bane is also known as Atropos, born from the nightmares of the goddess Nyctasha. The power of horror of the goddess's dreams was too powerful to be contained by sleep. Bane escaped Nyctasha's sleep, after which he fed on her immortality and made himself a body from ink blood, which he stole from the goddess. When ordinary mortals hear Bane's voice, it seems to them that someone is whispering in their ear their darkest secrets and thoughts of their souls. Atropos can cause the most hidden fear and phobia that lurks in the heart of every Hero. Even if you try not to sleep, it will not save you. The black blood of Bane, continually oozing from the elemental like black tar, envelops, and makes you fall asleep. In the presence of Atropos, any Hero begins to fear the darkness convulsively.

Dota 2 Bane Hero Description

How to play for Bane

Hero Bane Dota 2 is a supporting character who most often chooses the easy lane. He has a reasonably good movement speed, which makes this hero very unpleasant, especially at the beginning of the game. The hero is great for improving the life of an allied carry on the lane. The bonus will be that the character, due to his abilities, can positively exchange resources with the enemy on the line and force him to spend money or return to the fountain. Due to his skills, the hero will be useful both at the initial stage of the game and in the late one. If you see the opposing team pick this hero, think about choosing the right Bane counterpick.

Abilities

  • The first skill of the Bane is Nightmare. Excellent skill for both initiating an attack and saving an allied hero. The character puts an ally or enemy to sleep. Sleep can be interrupted by hitting. This skill grants invulnerability, which helps protect the life of yourself or an ally. While the skill is active, the target will be immobilized. This gives an excellent chance for initiation.
  • Ability Bane mod Nightmare End - allows the character to end the action of Nightmare.
  • The second ability, Brain Sap - allows the character to take away the enemy's life force. This skill restores the character's health and deals damage to the enemy. In other words, Bane will recover as much health as it has stolen from the target.
  • The third, passive ability - Enfeeble. Any target on which the hero uses his skill will receive a mark. This mark lowers resistance to magic damage and increases the duration of negative effects.
  • Ultimate ability Fiend's Grip - stuns an enemy for a long time. During the duration of the ability, the victim will lose mana and health. The damage from the ability is periodic. No amount of protection or shield will help.
  • When purchasing an Aghanim's Scepter item, Brain Sap is enhanced. This ability will work through magic immunity and will receive a reduced cooldown and delay before being used.
