Team Aster is a Chinese e-sports team in DotA 2 discipline. The organization was founded in 2018, a veteran of professional DotA Xu «BurNIng» Zhilei. After completing his career as a player, «BurNIng» decided not to say goodbye to DotA. Therefore, at first, I became a coach, but all the time I got ready that I was going to create my own team. The selection of players was exclusively made by «BurNIng» itself. At the beginning of the season 2018-2019, he managed to translate his idea into reality.
The original team consisted of players like «Sylar», «Dstones», «Xxs», «BoBoKa», and «Fenrir». Of the entire composition, only «Dstones» has not yet signed a contract, as it was on the test line. After the player showed excellent performance at The Kuala Lumpur Major qualifiers, it was confirmed that the «Dstones» would become a full-fledged part of the team. But for two months already, in the fall, «Dstones» has removed to the bench, and in its place comes to the player loveyouloveme, who was rented from team For The Dream until December 2018. Team Aster is also taken «Q» as a coach. In connection with such events, in the winter of 2018, «Dstones» moves to another team, and «loveyouloveme» takes its place on an ongoing basis.
After that, from the spring of 2019, the team does not change its roster until September, when «Fade» comes to the team and «Fenrir» leaves. From that moment on, the team gains a full-fledged composition. The lineup in 2019: «Sccc», «ChYuan», «Xxs», «BoBoKa», and «Fade». The team shows itself excellently at various tournaments, wins the JBO Asian Masters League, and takes prizes in three more.
Throughout 2020, the composition of the team changed very often. As a result, the team failed to show a high level of play. The year's best results were first place at StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3 and second at the China Dota2 Pro Cup Season 2. The team also took third place at Tier 2 tournaments. The team's final line-up was formed in November, «LaNm» from the position of a coach moved to the position of a player after «Ch» left the roster. As of December 2020, the composition of the Team Aster team is: «Monet», «DD 斩首», «Xxs», «BoBoKa», «LaNm».
