Team creation

The Winstrike Team is a Russian organization that has assembled an esports team in Dota 2 discipline in 2018. In the summer of 2018, the organization decided to sign the whole team immediately. It was the FlyToMoon team, which already showed itself well in tournaments.

Early years

In January 2019, the organization announced that «ALWAYSWANNAFLY» was throwing a team, and «Misha» was invited in its place. Then «Artstyle» was invited as a coach for the team. But a month later, «Artstyle» and the players from team «Iceberg», «yamich» and «Misha» left the team. It was decided to replace them with «DM», «MiLAN» and «dnz». But new players did not take root in the team, and a month later, they left it. In May of that year, «Lil» and «Nofear» joined the band. And a couple of days later the team signed «Cooman». The composition of the team was fully formed. After which the team had many more replacements in the first team, but this did not help the team to show good results. Also, the team could not qualify for The International 2019 tournament, losing the qualifying matches. The team that participated in the qualification consisted of «Silent», «Cooman», «nongrata», «Lil», «Nofear». In October 2019, «Cooman», «nongrata», and «Nofear” were transferred to the bench. Then «ArsZeeqq» came to the team as a coach. The organization entrusted him with the task of assembling a new team. While the search for new players continued, «Cooman», «kzar», «Little-sorry», «NoFear» and «Lil» acted as stand-in players.

2020

In 2020, the team suffered a roster change twice. The coach of the team was also changed once. This greatly affected the results of the team. In the summer of 2020, the team was re-formed with players such as «agressive child», «re1bl», «DkFogas», «yamich» and «Dukalis». The best result for the team in 2020 was fourth places in Tier 3 tournaments.
