Bogdan «Iceberg» Vasilenko is a professional e-sports player in the discipline of Dota 2. He was born in Ukraine on April 13, 1997. He has a twin brother, Yaroslav «Picachu» Vasilenko, who is also an e-sportsman in the same discipline and plays for the Cyber Legacy team.
Bogdan began his career in 2014 with the Duza Gaming team. The player showed good results at StarLadder ProSeries Season 9 and GIGABYTE Challenge # 10 tournaments, taking second place with the team. But already in 2015, Bogdan decided to change the team and moved to the ASpera team. But the game did not work out with this team, and for four months in the new team, Bogdan could not be distinguished by anything. The last places in most tournaments did not suit the player, and then he moved to the CIS Rejects team. After the change of team, the affairs of Bogdan began to improve. Bogdan managed to take first place in tournaments like Game Show Global eSports Cup Season 1 CIS Qualifier and PGL Dota 2 Pro-AM. Then the player was noticed by Team Spirit organization and invited Bogdan to her. Late 2015 and the first half of 2016, «Iceberg» played as part of Team Spirit. After the transition to the new team, the story repeated itself, Bogdan again began to occupy the last places in tournaments. The best tournament for him in this team was ProDotA Cup Europe # 5, where the team took second place. After that, Bogdan changed four more teams until he chose the Vega Squadron team. Bogdan played with this team until the end of 2016.
But at the beginning of 2017, Bogdan returned already to the renewed Team Spirit roster. In this team, Bogdan won first place in such tournaments as OverPower Cup # 1, WellPlay Invitational # 7, Almeo Esports Cup. He became the silver and bronze medalist of other tournaments in the Team Spirit roster four more times. At the end of 2017, Bogdan joins the Gambit team, which ranks first in the ProDotA Cup Europe # 24, ProDotA Cup Europe # 25, and MID.TV Challenge Cup tournaments. In 2018, Bogdan took part in tournaments for the FlyToMoon team, but the team did not achieve any good results. And he also got to The International 2018 as part of the Winstrike team, where he took 9-12 places.
Bogdan spent the year 2019 in search of a stable team. He played for one team now for another, then for a third. But in the end, he opted for the FlyToMoon team with whom he tried to get to The International 2019. But in the closed qualifiers, the team took only seventh place.
The year 2020 started successfully for the player with the FlyToMoon team. Bohdan took first place at the Maincast Winter Brawl. In March, Bogdan and his team again delighted the fans with first place, this time at the Parimatch League Season 2 tournament, which brought the team $ 50,000. The year was not very successful for the player, except for winning the Twitch Rivals: DOTA 2 Showdown - Europe and OMEGA League: Europe Divine Division. In September 2020, the FlyToMoon team was signed by the Natus Vincere organization. With the new team, the player took second place at ESL One Germany 2020 and won the OGA Dota PIT S4: Europe / CIS tournament.
Yesterday evening it became officially known that Vladimir No[o]ne Minenko and Akbar SoNNeikO Butaev joined the Dota 2 Natus Vincere team.
