Tal «Fly» Aizik was born in Israel on March 9, 1993, but has dual citizenship. He is a citizen of Israel and Canada. Initially, Fly performed in the HoN discipline and played for the Fnatic team. But time does not standstill. The player decided to transfer to the discipline of DotA 2.
Tal joined Team Secret with his friend N0tail in 2012. But after a while, in 2014, the players parted ways, and they played in different teams. But after The International 2015, the players together created the Monkey Business team. And after some time, the team took a new name and began to be called OG. Tal takes responsibility to be the captain and drafter in the team. After the creation of OG, «Fly» together with the team won the tournament Frankfurt Major 2015 and The Manila Major 2016. But unfortunately, the team performed unsuccessfully at The International 2016, which crippled the whole team. Then only «N0tail» and «Fly» remained in the team. After the team was again formed, the team began to show good results. The team gradually showed its growth, taking 3rd place on the MDL, which led to the 2nd result on Summit 6. In the end, «Fly» was again able to win at Major with OG taking third place in Boston. The team remained in excellent shape, taking 2nd place in the DAC and Dota Pit, which allowed the team to take first place in Kyiv Major.
Tal «Fly» Aizik 3 months after ESL Birmingham decides to leave the team with «s4». He argued that he did not see prospects, and there was nothing to lose. This caused a great resonance in the community, as «Fly» and «N0tail» were best friends. They were together with HoN, since the founding of the team, not the first in a row. They still have a record for co-played matches. After moving to EG, Tal showed good results, first place in DOTA Summit 9, and several more prizes in different tournaments, but could not achieve such a result as his former OG team. Now EG has changed the lineup and is showing a pretty good game, so everything is still ahead.
