Samuel «Boxi» Svahn is a young e-sports player in the discipline of DotA 2. He was born on April 10, 1998, in Sweden. He began his career in professional DotA at the end of 2016. Before this, the player performed in the HoN discipline.
Samuel's debut in competitive Dota was in December 2016. The player played with the Evil Corporation team at the ProDotA Cup Europe # 13 tournament, in which the team took 5th place. In January 2017, the player took part in three more tournaments. The most productive was the Swift Forward Cup Winter 2017 in which Samuel and the team took third place. After that, the player acted as Stand-In in such teams as Ownedme 1vs9, Disco Inferno, Knugens Krigare. The player was also invited by the Ninjas in Pajamas team to take part in the Mr. Cat Invitational Europe in their composition. At that tournament, Samuel took fifth place. Then in November, he returned to Evil Corporation and played with the team until the end of the year. But the results of the team were disappointing, and at the end of the year, the team broke up.
In February 2018, the player was signed by Alliance. Samuel spent a very productive and eventful year with this team. Over the year, the player with the team won seven tournaments. But the team was not able to pass open and closed qualifications for The International 2018.
2019 was less successful for the team. The player helped the team win a couple of victories in different tournaments, as well as keep the team at the right level in order to receive a direct invitation to The International 2019. At the tournament, the team showed a poor result and took only 13-16 places. After that, the organization decided to disband the team. But in October, all the players were signed by Team Liquid. Samuel, with the team in the same month, ranks fourth in DreamLeague Season 12 and fifth in MDL Chengdu Major.
2020 began quite well for the team. Samuel and the team in March took fourth place in the DOTA Summit 12 and third in the WeSave tournament!
