History of Lycan Dota 2 – half-warrior, half-wolf. Banehallow was born and raised into a noble family of House Ambry. House Ambry was the greatest land caste in the old kingdom of Slom. Long before the fall of the House, when the king's needs and demands were weirder than usual, and his court was filled with all sorts of charlatans and faked sorcerers, House Ambry was the first to rebel against the greed of the throne and the king. They were no longer willing to pay tribute to such a king. House Ambry sent six thousand warriors to the capital. Still, they were all defeated in battle, and the happening was given the name "Massacre of the Apostates." But as the saying goes, when you strike a king's neck, you had better take his head. Furious with betrayal, the king destroyed almost the House Ambry entire estate, sparing only two, the head of this House and his youngest son Banehallow. In front of the entire royal court, the king chained the disgraced head of the House to an ornate marble floor and ordered his magicians to turn his son into a wolf, so tear out his own father's throat. The king said to Banehallow: "Do it, boy, so that Lord Ambry will understand the bite of betrayal." The royal mages called for powerful magic, and the child began to transform. Although his body changed and took on a wolf's likeness, his spirit and consciousness remained intact. Instead of obeying the order and grabbing onto his father's neck, Banehallow attacked those who transformed him and tore them apart. Wolf fangs killed more than ten of the king's guards before they managed to drive the wolf out of the kingdom into the night. Lord Ambry laughed, chained, and impaled by the king's sword. Now the heir to the fallen House Ambry wanders the world as Lycan, half-human, half-wolf. He has one goal - retribution for what was taken from him.
