The history of Abaddon Dota 2 from the House of Avernus. He was born in order to protect the Font. The Font is a rift with mysterious energy in the earth's firmament. Every child of this House is plunged into a font of dark fog at birth. This gives the newborn Avernus a connection with the unknown power of the land of the House. After the ritual, the newborn Avernus grow up and become defenders of the traditions of the land and family values. They acquire the belief that the protection of the Font is their primary goal, the intentions, and the significance of the Font itself, no one except House Avernus knows. The same fate awaited little Abaddon. During the ceremony, the inexplicable happened. A radiance appeared in the eyes of the newborn. It was the spark of mind that frightened the priests who performed the ritual. But after the incident, Abaddon was raised like all the other children of Avernus and was inspired by the belief in the protection of the land and the Font. Young Avernus was to become the leading commander and follow the path of House. But Abaddon was not interested. While his peers were learning martial arts, young Avernus practiced meditation at the Font. His goal was to become one whole with the strength that existed in the rift. Over the years, meditating at the Font, Abaddon merged with the dark fog and became its spawn. This caused a lot of disapproval from the House of Avernus. They accused Abaddon of deviating from the path that was destined for him. But House's opinion changed after Abaddon entered his first battle at the head of the army. No one from the House of Avernus could subdue this power and did not even dream about it. The acquired ability to control life and death, which Abaddon received, became his main ally and helped him to win.
