According to Epic Esports Events, the players themselves are to blame for the delay, as the documents indicated inaccurate data for the transfer of funds.

According to Ilya, the team in which he played at OMEGA LEAGUE, OmegaLil, won $ 2,500 at the tournament. The team received part of the prize money from WePlay, but Epic Esports Events cannot settle payment to the players.

Epic Esports Events immediately reacted to this, namely Mark «March3llo» Averbukh, who commented on this announcement:

At the moment, the prize money has been sent to all teams that properly filled in the required documents. Unfortunately, the OmegaLil team made several mistakes when filling out the documents, which constantly pushed their approval to the queue’s end. »

Indeed, as Ilya said, the team should have received the prize money 90 days after the end of the tournament, but much more time has passed since September 8. According to the organizers, Ilya himself is not right since he filled out the documents incorrectly. If they didn’t want to pay or there would be no funds, no one would receive the money.
