MIBR is an eSports organization that announced the creation of a new, ambitious project. The essence of which is to find, support and develop young CS: GO players. The organization has made it clear that it will do this within the Brazilian region for the time being, but over time it may expand.

The organization is interested in the project participants as potential female and male CS:GO team MIBR members. This perspective will greatly motivate the project participants. In addition to motivation, new players will receive comprehensive support from the organization, from the necessary things needed to play, and support at local tournaments.

The candidates will be led by the newly minted coach of the MIBR team. He will oversee the development of all applicants. Together with the main roster of the organization, he will select the four most promising players in Brazil. The fifth player will be determined at a special event that the organization is planning.

This is an excellent project that can help start promising players who may not have the opportunity to do it independently.
